Clean Fuels Alliance America and Iowa and Missouri soybean groups welcomed the May letter from three Midwest governors urging higher RFS volumes for 2023-25. The letter says EPA's proposed volumes are below 3 billion gallons of biobased diesel output and that EPA is expected to finalize by June 14.
The groups say their members have invested heavily in growth.
