The euro fell against the dollar after ECB President Mario Draghi told MEPs that further stimulus was on the table if needed in the event of a Brexit. Fed Chair Janet Yellen's Senate testimony was seen as lukewarm and did little to change the dollar.
Signals of additional ECB easing weaken the euro and support the dollar, which raises the cost of dollar-priced feed imports for euro-area buyers. The effect on feed prices is indirect and runs through currency moves.
