Russia will restrict exports of feed amino acids (L-lysine sulfate, L-lysine monohydrochloride, DL-methionine), rice and rice groats from July 1 to December 31, 2022. The government signed the resolutions prepared by the Agriculture Ministry to ensure food security and stabilize domestic prices.
Exports to EAEU countries and certain regions are exempt.
