The JGL founders have long believed that investment in young people keen on the business of agriculture has been integral to the growth and success of JGL. To nurture the next generations in agriculture, the JGL Legacy Scholarship was established in 2012. The annual scholarships aim to promote growth in rural Saskatchewan by re-investing in its greatest resource – young people. Each year, the JGL Legacy Scholarship is awarded to 10 deserving young people in the Prairie South School Division who reside in rural Saskatchewan and are enrolled in post-secondary education, with special consideration given to those enrolled in an Agriculture related program.
