Our specialty is whole grain breads made by hand from scratch fresh everyday. Yes, we mill our wheat! When we say 100% whole grain, we mean it. Fresh, wholesome, healthy ingredients simply can't be beat. We also enjoy baking fresh cinnamon rolls, muffins, scones, and cookies as well as other items that nourish the soul any time of day. Since bread is our specialty, we felt it appropriate to offer yummy sandwiches as well. Whether a traditional sandwich like mom used to make sounds satisfying, or the temptation of a hot grilled panini overcomes you, we say 'It's all about the bread.' We simply desire to feed our own family food that is not just healthy but tastes good. It's hard to find bread these days that's truly healthy. The nutritional benefits of fresh milled wheat cannot be replaced. We felt we had the ability to not only provide our own family with this product, but be a service to our community as well.
