FAINAX SA is an Agro-Industrial complex founded in 2007 and located at the heart of one of the most fertile lands in the world, right in the southern portion of the province of Santa Fe, Argentina. This advanced Milling Plant produces a variety of high quality legume flours and premixes, using the latest technology in cold grinding. This innovative milling system not only removes the hull of the grains but processes them under lower temperatures than conventional grinding techniques. Thus assuring that all the nutrients of the pulses survive the grinding stage and pass into the final product. Our flours are already recognised in the market for their precise granulometry, purity level and nutritional value which are critical factors sought after by processed food manufacturers, the bakery industry as well as the animal feed and pet food sectors.
