EUR/USD climbed back above 1.0900 after US nonfarm payrolls showed 114K jobs added in July against a forecast of 175K. Unemployment rose to 4.3% and June's payroll figure was revised down to 179K from 206K.
The weak labor print boosts expectations of Fed easing, pressuring the dollar and supporting dollar-priced commodities, while a risk-off tone adds some uncertainty to demand outlooks.
