Can China’s Growing Demand for Gas Balance the Market?

IEA Executive Director Fatih Birol says Chinese gas demand will grow significantly and could help end the global LNG glut sooner. China's LNG imports rose 26.5% in the first nine months of 2016, while imports from Japan and South Korea fell.
