Draghi said the euro area recovery is becoming increasingly solid and downside risks have diminished, while underlying inflation remains subdued.
Continued ECB easing supports a weaker euro versus the dollar, which tends to make dollar-priced US commodities relatively cheaper for European buyers and supports euro-area feed demand.
