USDA trade data showed U.S. agricultural exports of $129.9 billion through August of fiscal 2017, about 10 percent above the prior year. Corn export value was up 12 percent, wheat 25 percent and soybeans 17 percent over the same period.
Strong export growth in corn, wheat and soybeans supports U.S. demand and prices for these grains. The data confirms an export pace that is already known to the market.
