The low-ILUC loophole could allow business-as-usual palm oil imports for biodiesel in Europe - International Council on Clean Transportation

The ICCT argues that the RED II low-ILUC certification could let palm oil producers qualify as low-risk biofuel feedstock even if palm is classed as high-ILUC. The Commission must set high and low ILUC criteria by February 1, 2019.
