September Sales of U.S. Ethanol and DDGS Decline Yet Remain Robust; U.S. Imports of Brazilian Ethanol Chip Away at Net Exports Margin

US ethanol exports fell 18% in September to 100.3 million gallons, per government data analyzed by the RFA, though sales remained mixed with gains in several markets. Canada and Brazil together took half of shipments, and year-to-date exports total 1.10 billion gallons.

Imports of Brazilian ethanol rose, narrowing the US net export margin.
