Anti-Subsidy Duties on Indonesian Biodiesel Must Be Revisited

The US Court of International Trade ruled that the Commerce Department must revisit and possibly lower countervailing duties on Indonesian biodiesel imports. Current rates reach 64.73% for PT Musim Mas.
