DTN reports the U.S. corn and soybean harvest is running well ahead of its average pace, with nearly three-quarters of corn and 83% of soybeans harvested in late October. Many farmers are reporting solid yields despite a difficult year.
Fast harvest progress and decent yields add to near-term harvest supply pressure, which can cap cash bids even as fall rallies continue.
