ECB raises rates again, outlines balance sheet run off

The European Central Bank raised its deposit rate to 2% from 1.5%, a 50 basis point move that was widely expected. It said rates would need to rise further and laid out plans to shrink its balance sheet by about 15 billion euros a month from March 2023.
