The Australian Department of Agriculture issued an industry notice to exporters of cattle, hides, timber, cocoa, coffee, palm oil, rubber, soy and wood products to the EU. It explains the proposed one-year delay to the EU Deforestation Regulation and the Commission's new guidance.
The notice is administrative and mainly informs exporters about compliance timing. It has little direct effect on prices.
