Regulation (EU) 2025/2650 amending the EUDR was published in the Official Journal on 23 December 2025. It postpones application dates and simplifies due diligence obligations for operators.
Formal publication makes the postponement legally binding, giving buyers of soy, palm oil and cattle products certainty that EU compliance rules will not tighten before late 2026.
