Senators Grassley and Klobuchar led 22 colleagues in a bipartisan letter urging EPA Administrator Michael Regan to set higher biomass-based diesel and advanced biofuel volumes in the 2023 and 2024 Renewable Volume Obligations. The letter argues that biofuels support rural jobs, energy security, and lower emissions.
