StoneX cut expectations for Rio Grande do Sul corn after November rainfall ended well below normal during a critical stage, with its earlier estimate of 5.75 million tonnes at risk. The state's soybean crop is not expected to exceed 21 million tonnes.
A sizable corn crop failure in a top producing state reduces Brazilian supply and supports corn prices, while lower soybean output adds to South American tightness.
