USDA's 2021 Crop Production Annual Summary showed record soybean yields in Illinois, Indiana and Iowa, and record corn yields in Indiana and Iowa. Illinois soybeans averaged 64 bu/acre, and Indiana corn averaged a record 195 bu/acre.
State-level records confirm the large national supply already reported, which keeps feed and crush supplies heavy. The state data add little new price pressure.
