Agrargenossenschaft Bad Dürrenberg

Agrargenossenschaft Bad Dürrenberg e.G. is an agricultural cooperative focused on crop production, animal husbandry, energy generation, and direct marketing. The cooperative cultivates cereals, oilseeds, maize, sugar beet and table potatoes, and operates cattle herds and laying hen facilities for egg production in barn and free-range systems. It runs biogas plants that generate electricity and heat from renewable raw materials and plans wind energy projects. Services include agricultural transport, field margin and landscape maintenance, winter road services for municipalities, and two technical support centers for agricultural machinery. Through a farm shop in Lennewitz and an online store, the cooperative sells eggs, egg liqueur, potatoes, feed, straw, hay and other regional products from its own production and partner farms. It also offers guided insights into its operations as part of its transparent farming activities and hosts Landvergnügen camping guests.
