7 period, with Chicago Citygate and Houston Ship Channel also declining sharply. Mild weather reduced heating demand while supply stayed elevated and storage sat above average.
Milder forecasts curb heating demand for natural gas, and ample supply keeps the market loose, pressuring gas prices. Lower natural gas costs can ease feed-processing and fertilizer input costs, but gas-linked feed ingredients like nitrogen-based products may see softer pricing pressure.
