IEA: OPEC output cuts under scrutiny as market tightens

The IEA said world oil markets are slowly tightening as demand rises and OECD commercial stocks fell for a fourth month in November. It raised its 2016 demand growth estimate to 1.5 million bpd and said OPEC and non-OPEC cuts are in a probation period.
