OPEC, non-OPEC reach 86 percent compliance with product cuts

OPEC said a joint OPEC and non-OPEC monitoring committee found 86 percent conformity with the production cut agreement for January. The committee urged all parties to reach full conformity, and OPEC said it would consider extending the six-month agreement as appropriate.

OPEC Secretary-General Mohammad Barkindo cited strong coordination around the deal.
