Relaxations over BSE, FMD create headwinds for Aussie beef exports

MLA reports that several major importers have relaxed BSE and foot-and-mouth disease restrictions, opening markets to Brazilian beef, US beef and other suppliers. The changes are eroding the disease-free premium Australia previously enjoyed in premium markets.
