Fed's cautious tone a reprieve for rate-sensitive sectors, commodities

US stocks rose and Treasury yields fell after the Fed raised rates by a quarter point to 0.75%-1% but kept its dot plot unchanged at two more hikes this year. Futures had priced a near-certain hike.

The dollar fell sharply and rate-sensitive sectors and commodities recovered after the previous week's selloff.
