Indonesia plans to file a WTO complaint in March against EU anti-dumping duties on its biodiesel exports, which range from 8.8% to 20.5%. Indonesia says the duties breach WTO rules and that biodiesel sales to the EU fell from $625 million in 2013 to an expected $9 million in 2017.
