Rail strikes affecting Victorian grain movements remain on hold while Pacific National and the RTBU union continue enterprise bargaining. Around 10 trains were cancelled in March, and an interim arrangement from 31 March kept operations running for 11 days.
The new agreement would replace one that nominally expired in December 2016.
