Reuters survey estimates Canadian canola stocks at 6.7 million tonnes as of March 31, down 22 percent year over year to a four-year low. Wheat supplies rose 27 percent to a three-year high of 18.3 million tonnes, with durum stocks nearly doubling.
Low canola stocks support oilseed and meal prices, while higher wheat stocks, partly of feed-quality durum, add feed supply.
