The dollar index fell to 93.47 after touching 92.34 on Friday, hitting its lowest level against the euro in more than two years. The move followed Yellen's Jackson Hole speech, which did not reference monetary policy.
EUR/USD reached 1.1941, the highest since January 2015.
A weaker dollar supports US commodity prices in global markets and makes US exports more competitive. The dollar index is down about 10% this year.
