OPEC's output rose by about 50,000 bpd in September, according to a Reuters survey. The 11 members with targets under the original accord raised output by 40,000 bpd, while compliance with the pledged cuts slipped to 86% from 89% in August.
Slightly higher OPEC supply and softer compliance weigh modestly on crude prices, though the overall cut remains in place.
