USDA's Grain Transportation Report says flooding across the Ohio, Illinois, Arkansas, Tennessee and Mississippi rivers is restricting barge traffic. Grain barge movements for the week ending February 24 totaled 418 thousand tons, down 27% week on week and 22% year on year.
