ECB to end crisis-era stimulus programme in December

The ECB confirmed it will end its bond-buying stimulus in December, halving monthly purchases to 15 billion euros after September. It kept interest rates on hold, citing a recent slowdown in the bloc's recovery.

Draghi said longer-term inflation expectations remain well anchored near the 2% target.
