Analysts at ING say the EU's rejection of the UK's Chequers Brexit plan at the Salzburg summit produced only muted reaction in EUR/GBP. They expect continued dollar softness against G10 and emerging-market currencies, and they note that the Fed is already largely priced for the rest of the year.
A softer dollar tends to support dollar-denominated commodity prices, including grains and oilseeds, and it can ease import costs for emerging-market feed buyers. The effect is small here because the commentary describes limited market reaction.
