Brent and WTI rose to their highest levels since late 2014 on Monday after OPEC, meeting in Algiers, rejected U.S. President Trump's call to boost output. Saudi Arabia and Russia said they would not produce significantly more oil.
JPMorgan has forecast prices could rise above $90 a barrel near term.
With OPEC declining to add supply ahead of U.S. sanctions on Iranian crude, the market faces a tighter supply outlook, supporting crude prices and raising diesel and fuel costs for feed transport and grain drying.
