AIS ship-tracking data shows dozens of vessels stalled at the Kerch Strait after Russia's coastguard rammed a Ukrainian naval tug. Unconfirmed reports say Ukrainian Sea of Azov ports such as Berdyansk and Mariupol are effectively blockaded.
