An industry official expects U.S. farmers planted another small winter wheat crop, after 2018 and 2017 were the two smallest in 20 years. Hard red winter plantings in Kansas, Oklahoma and Texas are expected to fall about 10 percent after a very wet October delayed harvests and prevented double-cropping.
