USDA's February report lowered U.S. corn and soybean ending stocks, with corn reduced by a lower 2018 crop and smaller ethanol use. Soybean ending stocks fell on a smaller crop and weaker export demand, while wheat ending stocks rose to 1.010 billion bushels.
USDA also lowered Argentine and Brazilian soybean production and China's import estimate.
Lower corn and soybean carry-out is supportive for prices, though the drop is small. Higher wheat ending stocks add bearish pressure on wheat.
