Malaysia's CPO futures benchmark may trade near RM2,400 per tonne in June and July if exports stay strong, according to Palm Oil Analytics. Exports to India resumed after four months, though Malaysia's March shipments to India had fallen 97% year on year.
Production is expected to peak from August to October, which could push prices down to about RM2,200.
Resumed Indian buying supports palm prices in the near term, but seasonal production peaks are expected to weigh on them later in the year. Feed buyers should watch palm oil and its meal substitutes for near-term firmness.

Resumed exports to India and analyst expectations of CPO near RM2,400 reinforced bullish demand sentiment, though the forecast of a seasonal output peak tempers the outlook.
