A large inflow of record ultra-low-sulfur diesel from Asia and the Middle East is arriving in the Atlantic Basin on clean-tank VLCCs. Six VLCCs are carrying diesel to Europe and Africa in July, filling demand that U.S. exporters would otherwise supply.
