Too early to debate more output cuts: OPEC head

OPEC Secretary-General Barkindo told TASS that discussing further output cuts at the December meeting is premature. Participating countries showed about 136% conformity with the 1.2 million bpd deal, and he said OPEC+ cooperation would continue.
