U.S. Soy’s Flowing Into China Again as Port Congestion Eases

American soybeans stranded on ships off China's coast are being unloaded again as Chinese customs allow importers to post bank letters of guarantee instead of cash for the 30% retaliatory tariff deposit. Up to 2 million tonnes had been backed up at ports.

Trump said a trade deal with Xi Jinping was near completion.
