IEG Vantage raised its corn yield estimate to 168.6 bushels per acre and its soybean estimate to 47 bushels per acre ahead of USDA's November WASDE. Both figures are slightly above USDA's current numbers.
Higher private yield forecasts point to larger US supplies than USDA's current figures, which is mildly bearish for corn and soybean prices ahead of the report.
