PhosAgro reported record 2019 fertilizer production of 9.52 million tonnes, up 6.1% year on year. Fourth-quarter phosphate and nitrogen sales rose strongly year on year, with phosphate sales up 16.6%.
Higher phosphate output and sales from a major Russian producer add supply to DAP and MAP markets, which is mildly bearish for phosphate prices.
