Senators Grassley and Ernst asked the Trump administration not to appeal a January court ruling limiting small refinery biofuel waivers. As of March 24 the administration had not given an official answer.
The outcome determines whether waiver volumes stay high, which affects the demand for ethanol and soybean oil used in biofuels.
