Washington wheat stored in all positions on Sept. 1, 2020 totaled 182 million bushels, up from 155 million a year earlier.
Nationally, USDA NASS put wheat stocks at 2.16 billion bushels, down from 2.35 billion, and Washington barley stocks rose to 8.70 million bushels.
Larger regional wheat and barley stocks in the Northwest add to available supply, though the national wheat stock decline is supportive for prices.
