ING said the US dollar bear trend strengthened and broadened in the week to December 4, with European currencies rising and USD/KRW falling sharply below 1100. ING attributed the decline to falling US real rates and expectations of a US fiscal package, and forecast DXY reaching 90 that month.
A broad dollar decline supports dollar-priced feed commodities and eases import costs for emerging-market feed buyers, though the effect on individual grain prices is gradual.
