A Bloomberg analysis says heavy rain has lifted Australian wheat output toward a second-largest crop of more than 30 million tonnes. Dry weather in Russia and other northern hemisphere regions is tightening global supply, and Southeast Asian buyers are expected to shift back to Australia.
