Sunflower seed and oil prices hit records after the March USDA report cut world sunflower production to 49.97 million tonnes and Ukraine's crop to 14 million tonnes. Ukrainian purchase prices rose 7.8% to 24900-25500 UAH/t, the highest in 10 years.
