StoneX's recap of the April 9 WASDE says US soybean exports were raised on record first-half shipments, while crush was reduced. Global soybean production was raised 1.4 million tons to 363.2 million, mainly from Brazil, and global ending stocks rose 3.1 million tons.
The report expects higher soybean oil prices as new renewable fuel capacity comes online.
Expected soyoil strength from biofuel demand supports soybean oil prices and crush margins. Higher global soybean stocks limit upside for soybeans.
